No. We can pull from your warehouse via a read-only API connector, or you can drop CSV/XLSX exports into the platform — same dashboards either way.
No. We sync data once, then store and query it on our managed Postgres instance — so dashboard refreshes do not hit your warehouse and never appear on your BigQuery / Redshift / Snowflake bill.
Each tier has a rolling sync window — Starter holds your last 36 months, Growth 60 months, Enterprise unlimited. Data outside the window stays in your warehouse / source; we just don't hold a copy. Upgrading expands the window via a one-time backfill (typically completes within 24h). CSV-only customers can re-upload older exports any time.
Yes. Every tier runs on the same platform — upgrading to Growth or Enterprise is a billing change plus, if you're extending the historical window, a one-time backfill we coordinate.
We notify you at 80% so there are no surprises. We never auto-suspend — in practice you either upgrade tier, agree a custom storage add-on, or trim what you sync. See our Fair Use page for the full picture.
No compute cap on dashboards. The AI Analyst is cost-capped (per-admin dollar budget + per-user run cap) so API bills are predictable. Stored data, sync cadence and history depth are governed by the per-tier fair-use limits — see the Fair Use page.
