Features

Built on five years of commercial questions.

Every feature came from an actual question a team needed answered — across marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, travel and more. Nothing is filler. Here's the full list.

Tailored to your data and your priorities

Onboarding

We don't hand you a generic template and walk away. During onboarding we map your schema, agree the metrics that actually drive the business, and configure each dashboard accordingly — labels, segments, KPIs, even the sidebar groupings reflect your operating model. The 25+ prebuilt dashboards are a starting point, not a ceiling.

  • Any data structure — star schema, snowflake, denormalised, event streams, mixed sources
  • Any vocabulary — Bookings vs Orders, Suppliers vs Accounts, MRR vs Net revenue
  • Your three priority decisions shape the Executive page on day one
  • Quarterly review (Growth+) re-tunes the dashboards as your business evolves

Warehouse + API + file connectors

Data

Connect to your data warehouse via a read-only API connector — we sync once, then query locally on our managed Postgres instance. That means dashboard refreshes never hit your warehouse, so you don't pay for them on your BigQuery / Redshift / Snowflake bill. Or skip the warehouse entirely and drop in CSV / XLSX exports.

  • Warehouses: BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Postgres, MySQL
  • SaaS APIs: Stripe, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Segment, Shopify, Mixpanel (Growth+)
  • Configurable sync cadence (daily on Starter, hourly+ on Growth, sub-hourly on Enterprise)
  • Header-detected CSV / XLSX uploads with SHA-256 dedup — re-imports are no-ops

Agentic AI Analyst

AI

Ask in plain English — Claude plans, queries the database, picks the right charts, writes the narrative, and flags data caveats. Every tool call is visible so trust is earned, not claimed.

  • Read-only SQL sandbox — no chance of data mutation
  • 5-tool library: list_tables, describe_table, sample, query_sql, finish_report
  • Data-ref caching keeps 10k+ rows server-side — not in Claude's context
  • Private → Public sharing with one click; star, tag, pin, schedule

25+ prebuilt dashboards

Platform

Every team gets its own view — commercial, marketing, customer success, product, finance. Cached, sliceable by country and date. No query writing required.

  • Executive, Acquisition, Attribution, Seasonality, Bookings, Response Health…
  • Redis-cached compute (90-day TTL), sub-second page loads
  • Sliceable filter bar applies across every page
  • Pages grouped by audience in the sidebar for quick nav

Industry templates

Platform

The same engine, repackaged for the metrics your industry argues about. Templates ship for marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, travel, subscription, and healthcare — and the labels (Orders vs Bookings, MRR vs revenue, Suppliers vs Accounts) follow your vertical.

  • Marketplaces · supplier health, response funnels, listing tier MRR
  • E-commerce · product performance, basket recovery, LTV by channel
  • SaaS · MRR / NRR cohorts, expansion vs contraction, feature adoption
  • Fintech, travel, subscription, healthcare and more — extendable in days

Account lifecycle segmentation

Commercial

Seven action segments that turn raw account data into an actionable call list: Drowning, Starving, Hot Prospects, Silent, Zero Revenue, Decliners, New Paid.

  • Each segment ties to MRR-at-risk or MRR-opportunity
  • Priority call lists for customer success
  • Upgrade-target lists for sales
  • Decline early-warning for churn risk

Pro-rata attribution

Commercial

See which channels drive signups, which drive activation, and which drive revenue — not just top-of-funnel signups. Handles the messy real-world case where revenue can't be cleanly attributed per-customer.

  • Channel → signup → activation → revenue
  • Pro-rata allocation for multi-touch paths
  • UTM-campaign × segment × country breakdown
  • Top channels by quality (activation, paid tier) not just volume

Discussion + sharing

Collab

Reports aren't dead documents — they're the beginning of a conversation. Threaded discussion, stars, tags, pinning, schedules, markdown export, and one-click Slack.

  • Private by default, public on one click
  • Comments for teammates to weigh in on findings
  • Star + tag + pin for bookkeeping
  • Schedule daily/weekly/monthly auto-runs
  • Export markdown or PDF; post digest to Slack via webhook

Cost guardrails

Ops

AI analysis costs real API money. Per-user daily quotas, admin spend dashboards, and rate-limit-aware retries mean no runaway bills.

  • Per-admin daily dollar cap (default $5)
  • Per-non-admin daily run cap (default 2/day)
  • Errored runs don't count against the quota
  • Admin spending dashboard: per-user cost + top-expensive reports

Managed dedicated infra + domain-gated

Security

Your data lives on your own isolated Postgres + Redis instance — not shared multi-tenant. Google SSO is restricted to your email domain (Okta / Azure AD / SAML on Enterprise). Admin actions are enforced server-side, not just client-side.

  • Per-customer dedicated Postgres + Redis (UK / EU / US regions)
  • Email-domain allow-list for sign-in
  • Admin-gated endpoints for destructive + cost-bearing actions
  • Daily encrypted backups · 30-day point-in-time restore (Growth+)

Live agent trace

Transparency

Users see every tool call the AI Analyst makes in real time — the SQL it wrote, row counts, execution time. No black boxes. Clickable rows expand to the exact query.

  • Real-time progress: elapsed timer, step count, animated bar
  • Clickable tool calls expand to SQL + preview rows
  • Markdown-rendered narrative and caveats
  • Full agent trace archived with the report
